Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Carefully place the AeroBand device, along with all original cables, accessories, and manuals, into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to AeroBand
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
